Application for License to Perform Marriages and/or Civil Union in Hawaii

Thank you for completing your registration as a marriage and/or civil union performer. Your application has been submitted for review. Upon approval, you will receive an email notification along with your approved license number and access to retrieve an electronic copy of your certificate.

Because the duties of a marriage or civil union performer are important, you are responsible to review and understand the relevant laws and guidelines.
